By making a purchase through WakeUpLand.com, the customer fully understands and agrees to our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that our charge on your credit card will appear as WakeUpLand.com.
Monthly memberships will rebill each month until cancelled. Yearly memberships will rebill each year on the original date of signup until cancelled. You are able to easily cancel your account at anytime through our user control panel. We bill based on full monthly increments; there will be no refund given if membership is cancelled during the month.
We offer a one week free trial for both our wake up and reminder service. You must enter a valid credit card to use our service but you will not be billed until your trial ends. If you cancel your trial service on or prior to its termination date, you will not be billed for anything. If your trial expires without being cancelled, you will automatically be billed for one month of service at the going rate, plus any extra features you may have added to the call. Your membership will continue until cancelled. If you do not wish to be billed, it is YOUR responsibility to cancel your service on or prior to your termination date. You may cancel services by logging into the control panel, clicking the My Account menu option and selecting Cancel Services.
WakeUpLand is a highly reliable service with very little downtime. However, due to the nature of computers, the Internet, and phone lines, it is possible that we can experience some sort of outage and not be able to provide our services on any given day.
If, for some reason, we do experience an outage of our services, all one time use customers will be fully refunded for their calls. Monthly and Yearly users may also request to be refunded a prorated amount for however many days the downtime occurred for. To request a refund, please fill out our contact form with as many details as you can provide available here.
Please be careful when filling out your request for a call and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. We will not refund for calls that were setup at improper dates, times, or using the improper time zone. Our services are provided on an "As-Is" basis; WakeUpLand.com cannot guarantee that our services will be free of errors or problems. WakeUpLand.com, On Time Telecom LLC, its employees, affiliates, and associates are not liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from our customers. WakeUpLand.com will have no liability whatsoever with this agreement and our services.
